All pages are present with only light yellowing - the first inside page is torn up the binding edge 5-1/2 in. The cover has detached from the binding staples, as has the first and last inside pages. Covers have bend and fold creases along the binding edge and right upper and lower corners, and the back cover has a 2 in. tear in the center along the binding edge, patch inside with clear tape.
