All pages are present and clear with medium yellowing, and the center fold pages have seperated from the binding staples. There is a section of the front page measuring 3-1/4 by 2-1/4 missing at the bottom left where a cupon was removed from the back of the cover, some fraying and cracking along the binding edge of the cover.
