All pages are present and clearly legible, but showing staining from exposure to excess moisture. The binding staples are rusted and the center pages are loose from the staples. The front cover is in good condition with only a few light bend wrinkles and small area of stains next to the staples. The back cover has worn spots, some wrinkles and water stains.
