All pages are present, without tears or fold marks. Inside pages are off-white and have light yellow edges and light stains 1/2 in. area around the binding staples from rust caused by being stored in a damp climate for nearly 40 years. The front cover is in very good condition with only a few light bend marks. The back cover also has rust stains visible on the right side of the back cover next to the staples, and a few bend marks.
