All pages are present. Inside pages are off-white and have light yellow edges. Some inside pages have light bluish stains next to the binding staples (primarily the top staple) that rusted do to being in a moist climate - also visible on the edge of the back cover. The front cover is in excellent condition with only a few bend marks on the left side. The back cover and one inside page have a 1 in. tear in the bottom edge near the page center, and a few bend creases close to the tear.
