All pages present, off white with light yellowing at edges, no tears, wrinkles, or cuts. There is a slight 1/16th to 1/18 inch light bluish rust stain in a few pages next to the binding staples from being in a moist climate. The covers are in excellent condition, with only a few small bend marks at the left binding edge, and a slight rust stain next to the staples on the binding edge and the back cover.
