All pages are present with light to medium yellowing, the center fold pages are loose from the binding staple and one page has a 6 in. horizontal tear near the top of the pge and a 4-1/4 in. vertical tear disecting the first tear. The front cover has a fold crease down the middle and bend cracks along the left edge of the front and back covers.
