All pages are present – pages 21 / 22 (front and back of one page) has a 3 in. by 8 in. cut out section up the center of the page, and page 23 / 24 have a 2.5 in. slice with a 1 in. by ¼ in cut out section near the top left. The front cover shows a few fold creases and the back shows some light tan staining. Internal pages off-white with light yellow along the borders.
